SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA. – Cal Poly Campus Dining will be one of 300 college campuses across the nation to participate in Delight-Ful, an event on Wednesday, Feb. 15, intended to recognize and celebrate goodwill on campus.

Delight-Ful is a lunch-time celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. that will feature activities, including a free tasting of Louisiana-style fare, courtesy of former New England Patriots defensive lineman and two-time Super Bowl champion Chef Jarvis Greene.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chef Jarvis Greene to Cal Poly, and we couldn’t think of a more fitting event for him to be at,” said Campus Dining Director Jess Dozier. “Cal Poly will love his Louisiana-style cuisine along with his upbeat and kind personality.”

Other on-campus vendors such as, the Cal Poly Creamery and Cal Poly Farms will be sampling their products. The Poly Plant Shop will host a booth with their plants and bouquets available for purchase.

Other activities will include a photobooth, live music, free samples from on-campus vendors, giveaways and the opportunity to pay it forward at a donation booth for the Feed Cal Poly program.

Feed Cal Poly donations help combat food insecurity on campus. All donations will go to the Mustang Meal Share program that provides food vouchers for students struggling with food insecurity.
