Our Strategies
Throughout the 2022-23 academic year Cal Poly Partners leadership began the process of updating the strategic plan to reflect our priorities for the next three years. In doing so the team began to expand our focus to long-term priorities and identified three key strategic directions: Purpose, People, and Perform. As we envision our path forward, it is clear that focusing on these three directions will help guide us as we work to improve the student experience on campus.
