Real Estate Development and Services
Cal Poly Partners manages, leases and owns property enabling Cal Poly’s Learn By Doing instruction. It also offers and develops attainable housing options for faculty and staff. As a nonprofit university auxiliary, we are 100 percent self-supporting and receive no state funding. Every dollar we generate goes back to Cal Poly in support of Learn by Doing.
A residential neighborhood just minutes from campus, Bella Montaña was designed exclusively to give faculty and staff a chance to own a home in San Luis Obispo and be moments from everything that makes the Central Coast a great place to call home.
The housing project at the corner of Slack Street and Grand Avenue will include 33 units, on the 22-acre parcel on the corner of the Grand Avenue entrance to campus. The single-family units will be available to faculty and staff to buy.
