Cal Poly Partners (formerly Cal Poly Corporation) was recently recognized as SLO Family-Friendly Workplace for implementing strong and inclusive workplace policies.
The SLO County Family-Friendly Workplaces Award is a program of the Family-Friendly Workplaces Accelerator Program, hosted by the SLO Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by First 5 SLO County and the County of San Luis Obispo in collaboration with the We Are The Care Initiative.

Cal Poly Partners was recognized as a Blue Diamond employer for offering a number of family-friendly policies to employee and their dependents like 100% employer-sponsored health care coverage, a Flexible Work Policy, workplace wellness programs, dependent care flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Programs and many more.
These awards are for public, private and nonprofit employers of any size or industry on the Central Coast and seek to recognize and support organizations that adopt and implement family-friendly workplace practices for their employees.
