Campus Impact
Advancing
Cal Poly
We developed a new structure around our three main focuses – Commercial Services, Business Services, and Real Estate Development and Services – that will more thoroughly, efficiently and effectively support the university, its personnel and students as we all continue to move forward as a world-class polytechnic institution.
Taking on
Challenges
As Cal Poly’s top partner, we have taken the lead on some of the biggest campus projects breaking ground in 2023. These include fundraising for the construction of Spanos Stadium Concessions Pavilion, supporting the Technology Park Expansion Project and ensuring the campus community is informed throughout the Robert E. Kennedy Library Renovation.
Pushing
Boundaries
Working with Cal Poly faculty and staff we are creating, virtually and physically, to enhance the lives of all campus community members. We’re breaking ground on a new project to bring 200 attainable housing units online for faculty and staff. We’ve built a digital roadmap for Commercial Services and received $2.5 Million in third party investments to create a first-of-its-kind Cal Poly super mobile app. And we implemented geolocation-based chatbot service (Polypie) for the Cal Poly Tech Park.
