SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Cal Poly Print & Copy has launched a new online ordering system that allows students, faculty, staff and campus departments to upload files, request quotes and place print orders online.

The system was developed in response to customer feedback gathered through a campuswide survey and student focus groups.

“We heard from our customers that they wanted a simpler, more convenient way to order print projects,” said Russell Monteath, associate executive director of commercial services. “The new online ordering system is a direct response to that feedback and reflects our commitment to continuously improving the customer experience.”

The survey found that customers wanted an easier way to submit files, request quotes and order print projects without relying on email or taking an extra trip to the print shop. The new platform streamlines the process while maintaining the personalized service Print & Copy provides.

Customers can use the online ordering system for a variety of products, including posters, banners, business cards, research presentations and other specialty print services.

Print & Copy also now offers design services to help customers create print-ready materials for projects, events and campus communications. The Print & Copy team can assist with flyers, posters and other materials, providing creative support from concept to completion.

“This launch is about making it easier for our customers to do business with us,” Monteath said. “With online ordering and new design services, we’re giving the campus community more ways to bring projects to life.”

The online ordering system is available through the Cal Poly Print & Copy website
