1144 Chorro St. in downtown San Luis Obispo is being redeveloped into the new Cal Poly Mustang Shop and Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Cal Poly Partners is leading the project, which will merge the Mustang Shop and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship into one downtown hub. Construction is underway with a planned winter 2026 move-in.
